Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated clinician to join our team as an In-Home Therapy Specialist. As an essential member of our team, you will provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and effective therapeutic services to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, with state licensure as a therapist. Experience in providing therapy to individuals and families, with a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and treatment goals.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the client's specific needs.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Provide therapy services in the client's home, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to address emotional and psychological issues.
  • Crisis Intervention: Be prepared to respond to and manage crisis situations when they arise, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
