The Nightwing team is looking for a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to provide comprehensive systems engineering and integration support to a key operational government client within the Intelligence Community. This role involves managing projects of moderate complexity with minimal supervision, contributing valuable insights to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans aimed at achieving customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Senior Systems Integration Engineer will deliver systems engineering and integration assistance to evaluate, plan, coordinate, schedule, and execute projects from initiation to system transition.
  • Challenges encountered may vary, necessitating thorough information gathering, analysis, and investigation to comprehend issues and identify suitable solutions.
  • This position will require communication with various levels of program stakeholders, including contractors and government representatives, to effectively guide discussions regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
  • A primary objective of this role is to oversee system integration projects and provide reliable data to the client, enabling informed decisions regarding system modifications and upgrades.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and visualization tools to analyze and evaluate threat scenarios and options.
  • Experience in systems installation, integration, and testing.
  • Strong systems engineering capabilities and project management expertise.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and collaborative work within a team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor). Skills in RFC impact review and assessment are essential.
  • Experience in cross-site and enterprise-level planning and implementation practices.
  • An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work across contract and location boundaries.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.

The salary range for this role is competitive and reflective of experience levels.
