Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at ManTech International Corporation. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Requirements Analysis

    Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities to ensure the delivery of production systems that meet the defined system architecture.

  • Technical Leadership

    Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology to ensure the successful implementation of systems engineering projects.

  • System Design and Development

    Develop system architecture and system design documentation to ensure that systems meet the required specifications and are compatible with the defined system architecture.

  • System Integration and Testing

    Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.

  • Communication and Collaboration

    Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

  • Documentation and Reporting

    Develop technical documentation and reports to ensure that systems engineering activities are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education

    Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

  • Experience

    Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

  • Security Clearance

    Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intelligence Community Compliance Experience

    Experience with Intelligence Community compliance and regulations.

  • Technical Skills

    Experience with Confluence and JIRA.

  • System Requirements Management

    Ability to manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that meet the defined system architecture.

  • System Engineering Documentation

    Ability to contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
