Senior Creative Production Lead

Key Responsibilities- Lead the conception, planning, and execution of various projects that showcase our company's mission, technology, and team.
- Partner with our Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand vision.
- Oversee the production of complex projects across multiple media formats, including photo, video, brand design, and interactive content.
- Assess and prioritize daily tasks for the internal creative team, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage external creative partners and freelance talent, fostering long-term relationships that drive success.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Program Manager, or operations person in a creative agency, brand, or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe, and Figma.
- A robust network of external talent and freelancers, including production companies, directors, photographers, videographers, and animators.
- Ability to thrive in a creative, scrappy, and collaborative environment, with a vision for creating systems and processes for the future.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong understanding of the big picture and the ability to break down high-level vision into practical steps.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $135,000, equity in the company, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Location
Our offices, lab, and machine shop are located in Portland, Oregon. This is a full-time, on-site position.
