About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to join our Identity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the emerging TPM craft and driving the execution of our platform and product components.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the state of our platform and product components, business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends to define a long-term strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate the strategy and platform/product requirements into technical requirements and solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of the articulated roadmap, managing complex dependencies and projects across the company.
  • Drive adoption and usage of our platform across Atlassian products.
  • Contribute to the definition of the strategy and roadmap of the Identity area overall.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software teams as TPM, Engineer, Development Manager, or PM.
  • Strong technical depth and ability to influence architecture or technical design.
  • Experience building commercial Cloud Services and Identity technology is a plus.
Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $200,100 - $266,800

Zone B: $180,100 - $240,100

Zone C: $166,100 - $221,500

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
