Job Description

Duration: 6 months contract

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our Payments Platform's engagement with our key client, the Finance team. The successful candidate will manage the intake process, drive alignment among the Finance and Platform teams, and ensure documented strategy, plans, and regular tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the partnership between Payments and Finance, serving as the primary point of contact and navigating Payments teams, processes, and methodologies.
  • Facilitate conversations about objectives and outcomes for new program intakes.
  • Closely collaborate with the program owner to provide transparency on the program's high-level plan, ongoing project status, risks, and challenges.
  • Lead biannual planning and off-cycle intakes prioritization/commitments.
  • Coordinate regular business reviews, collate contents from Domain teams.
  • Track deliverables, metrics, joint OKRs, drive biweekly stakeholder meetings, and issue a monthly newsletter.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, strategic or technical consulting, Finance PMO or Operations, product management, professional services, or engineering program management.
  • 5 years of experience consulting on technical efforts with clients and translating customer needs to executives.
  • 4 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects & programs, preferably in Technology or Finance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant work experience or knowledge in the payments industry.
  • Relevant work experience in a client consultancy role or Finance PMO.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity within rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience or comfort in driving large leadership-level meetings or business reviews, drafting presentations, and leading discussions in a large group setting.
