Position Overview:

  • Oversee all legal functions, including:
    • Intellectual Property strategy, management, and litigation
    • Contract negotiations with vendors
    • Customer agreement oversight
    • Financing documentation
  • Act as a key member of the executive leadership team
  • Collaborate closely with the board of directors

Candidate Profile:
