IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Community Hospital. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal customers, resolving a high volume of service requests, and collaborating with the IT team to deliver enterprise-level projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to internal customers, resolving a large percentage of service requests without escalation.
- Record all service requests and issues in the Service Desk ticketing system, triaging tickets to other members of the IT team when necessary.
- Offer hardware and software support for both onsite and offsite employees, including PC's, Smartphones, printers, A/V equipment, and associated accessories.
- Develop and maintain system documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in incident, problem, and other IT Service Management processes.
- Contribute to the development of new and innovative ideas and problem-solving with the team.
- Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in information technology or related field.
- At least two (2) years of related experience with experience supporting end-users in a Windows environment.
- Active Directory (AD) preferred.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic and PowerShell scripting languages.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.00-$31.05 per hour, depending on education and experience. Community Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
