Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys under the supervision of a MD Professional land surveyor.
  • Conduct research, organize documents, and analyze deeds, plats, and review title commitments.
  • Utilize various databases for geospatial data acquisition and field data processing, including field-to-finish and traverse adjustment.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office programs, with at least three years of experience.
  • Ability to review and process field data, including least squares traverse adjustments and importing points into CAD.
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center and Star*Net is a plus.
  • Good math and communication skills, with a valid driver's license and transportation.
  • Regular in-office attendance and a desire to learn and progress in the Survey profession.
