Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living community. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and leading the overall operation of the assisted living neighborhood in accordance with federal, state, local laws, and Sunrise Senior Living standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a high-quality team to provide resident-centered care and services.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Sunrise standards related to resident care and services.
- Partnering with the leadership team to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and families.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including labor and other expenses, to ensure effective management of departmental resources.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of supervisory/management experience in assisted living or long-term care, including hiring, coaching, performance management, employee relations, and supervision of daily operations.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher may be required based on state requirements.
- Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.
- Effective organization, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
- A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
Estimated Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
