What's Your Role?

A Senior Audio Visual Systems Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its lifecycle. This includes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities.

As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  2. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  3. Coordinating project activities, including task assignments, status updates, and issue resolution.
  4. Ensuring quality and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Managing project risks, issues, and changes, and developing mitigation strategies.
