Job Title: Senior SharePoint Developer

Job Summary:

Rho is seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for providing support in the areas of Microsoft SharePoint development, on-going maintenance, and providing support for existing SharePoint projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support in the areas of Microsoft SharePoint development, on-going maintenance, and providing support for existing SharePoint projects.
- Analyze, design, develop, and document new SharePoint sites as needed.
- Assist in the development of an enterprise strategy and framework for the ongoing use of SharePoint and the integration of SharePoint with other communication and collaboration vehicles.
- Ensure the creation and review of designated project deliverables.
- Provide demonstrations and training as needed during project development, testing, and deployment.
- Document code development and related workflows.
- Provide design, troubleshooting, and end user support of SharePoint applications.
- Provide management reporting as designated.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Arts, or a Bachelor of Science, in Computer Science.
- Five (5) or more years' experience with the following:
- SharePoint development and system administration.
- Microsoft Power Apps integration, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks.
- Integration of SharePoint with Microsoft products and workflows.
- Experience with the analysis, design, development, support, and user training for new and existing departmental SharePoint sites as well as assistance in the development of a wider strategy and framework for online communication and collaboration.
- Ability to provide senior level project strategic planning and detailed technical development and training support for these, and related projects as assigned.
- Supporting daily use of and enhancements to existing SharePoint sites experience.
- Tracking progress of assigned projects, identify risk factors, develop risk mitigation plans, identify issues, and facilitate appropriate forums for resolution experience.
- Development and support of Microsoft SharePoint experience.
- Systems development methodologies and project management practices experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users, and vendor development staff, as well as all levels of management and personnel as necessary.
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse IT organization.
- Ability to create and deliver project presentations to senior and executive management as needed.
- Ability to assist with strategy and design of deliverables as needed.
- Knowledge of integrating database capabilities within the SharePoint environment including the development of a plan and framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with the analysis, design, development, support, and user training for new and existing departmental SharePoint sites as well as assistance in the development of a wider strategy and framework for online communication and collaboration.

Working Conditions:

- Hybrid setting each week, Monday through Friday, with two (2) days remote at a suitable off-site location free of distractions and three (3) days on-site at 189 Harry S Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Time.
- Interview: In-person interview (NO video interviews allowed and there are no exceptions, all candidates must be interviewed in the same manner).
