Outpatient Rehabilitation Center Manager

Dignity Health Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on the role of Physical Therapist Center Manager.
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $118,000 based on experience, plus a potential sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
As a leader in the field of physical therapy, our outpatient orthopedic center is committed to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for patient care and a proven track record in management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of the therapy center.
- Provide guidance and support to the therapy team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Market rehabilitative services and specialty programs to healthcare providers.
- Engage in community outreach and activities to promote the center's services.
- Participate in regular management meetings and report on clinical and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Completion of educational requirements for state licensure in Physical Therapy.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
