$90,000 - $118,000 based on experience

Join a community-focused outpatient orthopedic center dedicated to delivering high-quality physical therapy. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed Physical Therapist to take on the role of Center Manager.
This full-time position involves providing exceptional patient care to individuals of all ages and abilities while overseeing the operations of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the therapy team, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Market rehabilitative services and specialty programs to the healthcare community.
- Participate in regular management meetings and engage in community outreach.
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of the outpatient center.
- Maintain communication with the Regional Director regarding clinical and operational updates.
Qualifications:
- Completion of educational requirements for state licensure in Physical Therapy.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
