About the Role:

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and Environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed equipment records and prints.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of industrial electrician/maintenance experience, or an Associate's Degree or two-year Trade School Degree in a technical, electrical, or mechanical field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work at heights above 25 feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Journeyman or Master Licensed Electrician.
  • PLC knowledge/Automation skills.
  • Additional industrial maintenance work experience, including production equipment electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, and controls.
