About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Corteva Agriscience. As an Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform electrical repairs and scheduled inspections of equipment, following prescribed guidelines and procedures.
  • Review and lead electrical safety programs for the plant maintenance team.
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Adhere to all quality systems and safety procedures, including environmental regulations and OSHA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Educational background: High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of industrial electrician/maintenance experience, or an Associate's Degree or two-year trade school degree in a technical, electrical, or mechanical field.
  • Skills: Ability to work on machines and electrical components, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions. Willingness to work at heights above 25 feet and in challenging environments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Qualifications: Journeyman or Master Licensed Electrician, PLC knowledge/automation skills, and additional industrial maintenance work experience.
