About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Safety Program Leadership: Lead and implement electrical safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Quality Systems: Adhere to all quality systems and safety procedures, including Environmental regulations, OSHA, and PSM procedures.
  • Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of industrial electrician/maintenance experience or an Associate's Degree or two-year Trade School Degree in a technical, electrical, or mechanical field.
  • Skills: Strong electrical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work at heights. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Journeyman or Master Licensed Electrician, PLC knowledge/automation skills, and additional industrial maintenance work experience.
