About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential problems and implement preventative measures.
  • Develop and implement electrical safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Journeyman or Master Licensed Electrician.
  • PLC knowledge and automation skills.
  • Additional industrial maintenance experience, including production equipment and general maintenance.
