Your primary responsibility will be to provide vocational training and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to secure and maintain employment. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized employment plans, providing guidance and support to individuals as they navigate the job market.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, helping them to achieve their full potential and live independently. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one vocational training and support to individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans
  • Work closely with our team to provide guidance and support to individuals as they navigate the job market
  • Collaborate with employers and other stakeholders to secure job placements and provide ongoing support to individuals in employment
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment plans and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. special education, vocational rehabilitation, psychology)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or a related field
  • Strong background in vocational rehabilitation and employment support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
