Job Title: Retina Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Retina Specialist to join our team at PAGNY. The ideal candidate will have completed a residency in ophthalmology and a retina fellowship, with surgical training and experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Perform comprehensive examinations of the visual system to determine the nature or extent of ocular disorders.
* Diagnose or treat injuries, disorders, and diseases of the eye, with a specific focus on retinal disease.
* Develop treatment plans based on patient histories and goals, the nature and severity of disorders, and treatment risks and benefits.
* Prescribe and administer topical or systemic medications to treat ophthalmic conditions and to manage pain.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of health professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

* Must have completed both a residency in ophthalmology, as well as a retina fellowship.
* Surgical training and surgical experience post-fellowship preferred.

Benefits:

* Malpractice provided.
* Hourly amount: $180.00.
