UM Laurel Medical Center seeks a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support for all departmental operations and administrative requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent verbal and numerical skills to effectively interface with hospital staff and sales representatives.
Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, supporting space-planning projects, and tracking department budget.
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions and may be exposed to chemical hazards, communicable diseases, and hazardous materials.
Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
Additional Information:
This position has been classified as low or no exposure risk and does not require annual testing.
