Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, utilizing your expertise in large-scale Azure SQL implementation, API design, and development, as well as proficiency in various programming languages and development tools.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and facilitate a development team, utilizing your people, project management, and technical skills to drive project success.

  • Technical Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading technical teams, including people management, developing Cloud-based solutions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Solid experience using a range of agile project management methods and tools, balancing multiple priorities, and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Software Development: Demonstrable Software Development and Design experience using modern programming languages and tools, including C#.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely with a high attention to detail.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintains and develops relevant industry knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SQL Server/Azure SQL and related tools (SQL Server Management Studio), API, REST, microservices, serverless architecture, and container-based solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze situations or problems using pattern recognition or logical reasoning.
