The Role

We are seeking an IT Operations Technician to join our Corporate IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-class help desk support, laptop installations, asset management, user provisioning, patching, and security protection configurations. You will also influence how we automate, manage, and support technologies used by our employees, both in our offices and for remote employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional help desk support to our employees
  • Install and configure laptops and other corporate systems
  • Manage user and asset life cycles
  • Configure and manage assets, including security settings
  • General IT troubleshooting and support
  • Assist with corporate IT system patching and upgrades
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a help desk role
  • Expertise in Macintosh support, inventory, and security
  • Knowledge of Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and Azure administration
  • Self-directing and collaborative work style
  • Ability to take part in off-hours on-call rotation
