This role requires availability from Friday to Monday, with shifts lasting 10 hours.

Role Overview:
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival, facilitating check-in and providing essential information to enhance their stay.
  • Manage financial transactions, including processing invoices, posting vendor payments, and distributing employee compensation.
  • Address guest complaints, requests, and emergencies with professionalism.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts.
  • Confirm that all end-of-day tasks have been completed by relevant departments.
  • Organize wake-up calls and reservations for the next day.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints as necessary.
  • Handle phone calls and manage reservation requests.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong communication and numerical skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn computer systems and other job-related skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
