About the Role

As a Nighttime Guest Services Representative, you will be the face of our hotel during overnight shifts, providing top-notch service to our guests while ensuring their safety and security. You will be responsible for auditing and balancing credit card transactions, setting the property management system for the next day, and running shuttle trips to and from Glacier Park International and Downtown Whitefish. You will also be assisting guests with luggage, maintaining the safety and security of our guests and premises, and registering and assigning rooms to guests.

What We're Looking For
  • A previous front desk/night audit experience is preferred but not required; we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest are essential.
  • A valid US driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • You must be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team, be committed to Safety First, and have a great eye for detail.
  • You should be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions, and be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile.
  • You'll need to be relaxed, flexible, and able to handle a few curve balls, and be ready to have fun
