Job Summary:

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, part of Averill Hospitality, is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our Front Desk Team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling reservations and front office operations, and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and valet to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and experience with resort software.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong business sense and high professional ethics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
