Customer Experience Manager

Xcapade Entertainment LLC seeks skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Managers to lead our escape room events. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a seamless operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Lead escape rooms that cater to guests of all ages.
- Utilize your public speaking skills to ensure that all guests are informed and involved in the activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
- Create a safe and enjoyable environment by enforcing safety protocols and being aware of any hazards.
- Participate in theater-style productions and performances to create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure the highest level of hospitality.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality is essential.
- Strong conflict management skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Experience working with children and being able to adapt activities to suit their needs.
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to engage in public speaking and lead interactive activities.
- Experience working in a resort setting or similar environment.
- Familiarity with theater-style performances and productions.
Compensation and Benefits:
