Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
  • Perform follow-up calls to ensure job satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Ability to multitask

Benefits:

Our benefits package varies by location, but we offer a competitive compensation package, including a rate of $10.00 to $12.00 per hour.
