Job Overview

AT&T is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Specialist to join our Consumer Technology experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions to power differentiated, simplified customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract resources responsible for construction or digital electronics activities such as installation, turn-up, and maintenance.
  • Provide interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations and write Work Orders with precise instructions.
  • Ensure contract work is in compliance with AT&T standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Conduct quality inspections of contract work and refer all safety issues to the contracting firm.
  • Coordinate payment of invoices and the change order process.
  • Provide customer support and address customer concerns.
  • Work with local municipalities to follow all permit specifications and meet with inspectors for pre-construction and post-construction inspections.
Requirements
  • Typically a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent related network experience; technical degree preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of network-related technical experience.
