We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at HJC. As a specialist in road barrier and road sign installation and maintenance for the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), we are dedicated to excellence in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Large Excavators, Front End Loaders, Maintainers, and Motor Graders with precision and efficiency
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
  • Travel within Texas (Monday through Friday)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating Large Excavators, Front End Loaders, Maintainers, and Motor Graders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Class A CDL license preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in road construction or related field is a plus
