Role Overview: We are in search of a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate. This position involves aiding customers in selecting the ideal RV or marine vehicle that aligns with their desires and requirements. This is a full-time role that offers avenues for professional advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome customers and assist them in navigating our selection of RVs and marine vehicles.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and provide tours to highlight features and advantages.
3. Guide customers through the sales journey, including financing options and necessary documentation.
4. Foster and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and objectives.
7. Assist in maintaining and organizing the showroom.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within the automotive, RV, or marine sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales software.
- Knowledge of RVs and/or marine vehicles is advantageous.
