Job Summary:

This role is focused on providing financial expertise and support to our team. As an Accounting Associate, you'll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting bank reconciliations and researching reconciling items
  • General ledger accounting, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliations
  • Assisting team members with financial analysis and reporting
  • Maintaining balance sheet support schedules and researching reconciling items
  • Supporting internal and external audit activities
  • Posting accounting packages and uploading financial statements to internal and external client portals
  • Researching and voiding outstanding payables where applicable
  • Participating in project-based work as determined by clients and department needs
Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A BS/BA in Accounting or a related field
  • A passion for detail and organization
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and switch gears quickly
  • A strong technical aptitude
  • Positivity, creativity, and empathy
