About the Role
Sentry is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Claims Contact Center team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process claims for policyholders, claimants, and others over the phone
- Work with a team to successfully meet department phone Key Performance Indicators
- Assist with processing claims that are received over the internet/mail
- Participate in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Strong punctuality and dependability
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Preferred proficiency in Spanish
- Effective listening skills in addition to the ability to concisely summarize information provided by our customers
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
