We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Specialist to join our team at Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC. As a key member of our safety management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to various project sites to gather and collect safety operational, service, and performance data.
- Collect and organize data through automated reporting, providing insights to inform safety management decisions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on safety management activity, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Attend regular meetings with the Corporate Safety management team, recording notes and following up on key issues.
- Assist safety management with special projects and provide daily status reports as required.
- Coordinate with departments to collect data for reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- 1 or more years of safety support experience.
- Knowledge of Federal OSHA Construction Regulations.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the United States.
