Position Overview:
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to enhance our operations in Omaha, NE. As a leader in the building maintenance sector, we provide tailored solutions to address the diverse challenges faced by our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
The Client Relationship Manager will oversee the business operations of a designated client service area. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing field support, including training and guidance for new clients.
  • Conducting inspections to ensure contractor performance meets client standards.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinating site visits and fostering long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Negotiating contracts and procuring necessary supplies.
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.


Essential Functions:
In this role, you will:

  • Manage all facets of client relationships, focusing on retention and expansion of City Wide's service offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies tailored to each client.
  • Negotiate agreements for additional services, including pricing and logistics.
  • Oversee contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of service.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and management regarding client issues.
  • Utilize City Wide's CRM for client inspections and service management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including Building Information Sheets and compliance records.
  • Collaborate with management to address client complaints and service deficiencies.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • A self-motivated and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Reliable transportation.


Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to:

  • Work at a desk in an office setting.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
