We are seeking a skilled Senior Instrument Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work

  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
