Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
We offer a supportive work environment with benefits tailored to musicians, including gig leave and comprehensive healthcare options. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to opportunities for growth and development, as well as a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
