Preston Greens Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living and care services, offering a comprehensive range of options to suit the needs of our residents. As a Senior Care Specialist at Preston Greens, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
About the RoleThis position involves providing hands-on care and support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment, and promoting independence and dignity. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Engaging residents in life-enriching activities and promoting social interaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse's Aid certification (preferred)
- Previous experience working with seniors (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
