Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled String Instrument Repair Specialist to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. This role requires a deep understanding of repairing guitars and excellent customer service skills to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with exceptional craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products is a plus.
