Job Overview

T2 Biosystems is seeking a highly skilled Technical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team in Lexington, MA.

Salary

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing instrument maintenance, including cleaning, preventative maintenance, and repairs. They will also observe and document instrument failures, complete QA records, maintain instrument run logs, and load instruments according to written protocols.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a B.S. in Mechanical or Biomechanical Engineering and 1+ years of work experience, or 4+ years of experience as an electro-mechanical technician. They must also possess mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and experience with fluidics, motion control, and thermal systems.
