Job Title: Product Information Coordinator

At Schreiber Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Information Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Information Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional internal customer service as the primary point of product information contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate completion of customer requests with other departments, identifying what information needs to be completed by applicable departments and monitoring completion to meet customer-defined deadlines.
  • Assist and work collaboratively with team members to complete database, form, or other requests for product information and obtain necessary approvals for sensitive information before supplying to customers.
  • Set-up and maintain access rights to customer-based websites/databases, interpreting and communicating customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups.
  • Assist other departments with answering customer or consumer product questions.
  • Assist with internal process improvement projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in Regulatory, Quality, Nutritional, or Customer Service.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle proprietary information and work in diverse situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
