Our client is a leading benefits consulting firm located in Cumming, GA, serving the public sector and assisting with annual enrollment for teachers, government staff, police, and other professionals. They offer benefits consulting, benefits administration, and employee engagement solutions, relieving the administrative burden for clients.

Position Overview

The Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in the annual enrollment process, providing customer support and leading the enrollment process for individuals needing assistance. This role will interact with clients in person, assist with selecting benefits, and oversee the execution and oversight of client deliverables throughout the annual enrollment period.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in-person
  • Respond to inquiries, assist in enrollment processes, and resolve potential client issues
  • Navigate through the annual enrollment website and answer questions regarding benefits
  • Explain enrollment programs in Spanish and English, read and write
  • Collect required documentation and ensure it is filled out properly
  • Screen filing applications and change forms as needed
  • Address any enrollment issues or setbacks
  • Perform accurate data entry using a database
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of employee benefits and annual enrollment experience
  • Strong track record of building and leading client relationships
  • Relevant industry experience preferred: Employee Benefits, Insurance, Consulting, Human Resources, or Healthcare
  • A compelling leader who can engage and educate customers and prospects professionally
  • Remote candidates will not be considered
  • Must be able to provide individual's own laptop
Education Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
