Summary:

The Revenue Operations team's mission is to enhance the effectiveness of ZipRecruiter's go-to-market capabilities by employing data-driven decision-making, developing go-to-market strategies, and optimizing operations for our SMB and Enterprise sectors. We are seeking a high-performing analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our enterprise sales and customer success divisions.

The Enterprise Operations Analyst will assist all enterprise go-to-market functions, including sales and customer success teams, and aid the Revenue Operations team in refining and supporting essential processes and functions. This role will involve daily support for all aspects related to accounts and books of business. Additionally, it will require documenting changes or updates to our rules of engagement and/or standard operating procedures. The analyst will collaborate extensively with other Revenue Operations functions on process enhancements and in support of our enterprise sales teams to ensure they can concentrate on revenue generation from their book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the sales and customer success account change processes (owner, hierarchy, transfers, etc.) and book of business management
  • Utilize Microsoft and Google Sheets to implement necessary account modifications
  • Update or provide documentation regarding account processes
  • Create reports and dashboards to facilitate the delivery of key business metrics
  • Contribute to business process enhancements or automation of various support tasks, which may include account management, quoting, opportunity management, or commissions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in sales support within a revenue operations team
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications
  • Experience in supporting a sales organization
  • Understanding of sales processes, book of business, and account assignments
  • Experience with reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technologically proficient with relevant certifications
  • Experience in reporting using business intelligence platforms, SQL, and/or other reporting tools
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of resourcefulness and meeting deadlines
  • Strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement
  • Exceptional ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfort in group settings
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong time-management skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$97,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
