Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to clients with mental illness and/or disabilities in a community-based setting.
  • Assist clients in achieving independent living goals through training and education in areas such as daily living skills, budgeting, and healthy relationships.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide medication supervision and education to clients.
  • Document services provided to clients in accordance with agency standards.
  • Assist clients in maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in social services or a related field preferred.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass a required criminal background check and TABE test.
Work Schedule

Part-time position available with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the organization.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate of $16.54 per hour.
