At Netpace, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blood Bank and Hematology Laboratory Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and staffing the work activities of the laboratory during each shift to provide laboratory services to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and staff the laboratory during each shift to ensure efficient and effective laboratory services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for laboratory staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
  • Four years' experience as a medical technologist/med lab technician.
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel) and basic statistics skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to submit to color vision acuity test.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in science.
  2. Certified as a technical specialist (ASCP).
  3. Two years of supervisory and/or management experience in a clinical laboratory.
