Job Summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ormond Beach location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and service while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food production.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain a high level of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement menu changes and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced breakfast or brunch environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to control costs and maintain profitability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
