Job Summary:

As a Data Entry and Billing Specialist with Danbury Public Schools, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our Before/After School Program. Your primary responsibilities will include entering registrations, running attendance reports, and managing billing. You will also be responsible for answering phones, taking registrations, and responding to parents' inquiries about the ELP Program. Additionally, you will file required paperwork and perform other necessary tasks to support the program's operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry and billing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter registrations and run attendance reports
  • Manage billing and respond to parents' inquiries
  • File required paperwork and perform other necessary tasks
  • Answer phones and take registrations

Requirements:
  • High School diploma required
  • Understanding of basic database systems
  • Well-organized and self-motivated individual
  • Flexible and receptive to suggestions
  • Positive ability to interface with parents
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
  • Bilingual or Trilingual preferred

Working Conditions:
  • Part-time hours per week
  • Monday 12:00pm - 4:30pm; Tuesday - Thursday 12:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Paraeducator Bargaining Unit position; $16.22 per hour
