Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, implement, and manage claims programs to achieve exceptional claims outcomes in liability and casualty coverage lines.
- Evaluate client claim programs to provide recommendations for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced claim management.
- Analyze claim data, generate findings, and recommend service plans and strategies that align with client risk management objectives.
- Develop and oversee claims management programs, holding vendors and stakeholders accountable for outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, advocating for the best outcome for the client.
- Travel to client, carrier, and/or TPA locations as needed.
- Collaborate with producers and client service teams to prepare responses to broker RFPs for prospective clients.
- Participate in the sales process with producers, providing pertinent claims service marketing input and attending prospect meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or a related field required. Advanced degree in business, insurance, or law preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of practical insurance claim management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and extensive knowledge of third-party administrators.
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from home for extended periods.
- Legally able to work in the United States.
