Production Technician

We are seeking a skilled Racker to join our team at East Side Plating. As a Racker, you will play a critical role in preparing parts for the plating process.
Key Responsibilities:
Hang customer parts on racks in advance of the plating process
Apply masking and/or plugs to parts as required by customer specifications
Make recommendations for process improvements
Track and record work order information in our computer system
Follow safety guidelines and maintain quality and productivity standards
Requirements:
Ability to perform visual inspections on parts to prevent quality issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and receive direction from others
Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work well with others
Able to work while standing during your shift
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds throughout your shift
Ability to wear gloves and safety glasses
Shift and Compensation:
Swing shift, Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
$20.00/hour + $1.65/hour shift differential
