POSITION SUMMARY
The role involves representing Atlanta Fork Lifts, Inc. in all aftermarket operations within the designated region. The primary focus is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering innovative and tailored solutions that align with customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend all deliveries of new and pre-owned forklifts within your assigned area.
- Introduce clients to the offerings of Atlanta Fork Lifts, Inc., emphasizing our business solutions.
- Advocate for Service Programs customized to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Encourage Parts sales to customers in your territory.
- Promote rental services within your assigned region.
- Highlight Fleet Management Services where applicable.
- Identify Target Accounts and evaluate performance against these targets.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a reliable and safe vehicle for business purposes.
- Integrity and honesty are essential traits for this position.
- A commitment to exceeding customer expectations is crucial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all departments within the dealership.
- Proficient conflict management and negotiation skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.
- Professional attire is mandatory at all times.
- Responsible for driving growth in Parts, Service, and Rental sectors within the territory.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Material Handling Equipment or Industrial Sales is preferred.
EDUCATION AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid unrestricted driver's license is mandatory.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires frequent walking and talking or listening. Occasional standing and sitting are necessary. The employee may need to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
