* Provide weekly statistics for alarm follow-ups and resolutions to the Service Support Supervisor and Operations Manager.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
* Experience in the alarm industry is a plus.
* Background in customer service, call center, or related field required.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
* Experience with MicroKey or Stages is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and multi-task.
